Qualifications

• Three to five years of site or leasing management experience.
• Miami, FL market experience in multifamily housing.
• Spanish and English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve maximum occupancy and revenue growth.
• Manage budgets and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Collect rents and monitor delinquency; attend eviction court.
• Coordinate retention, marketing and advertising programs.
• Hire, train and motivate staff to meet goals.
• Ensure professional communication with residents and vendors.
