Greystar is seeking a Lease-Up Community Manager for Everleigh Castle Pines, a luxury 55+ community in Castle Pines, CO. You will lead launch and ongoing operations, drive leasing velocity, and ensure a resident-centric culture while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

You will oversee hiring, budgeting, reporting, and community marketing, coordinating with ownership and asset management teams to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to resident concerns and resolve issues with empathy.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training; manage performance and development.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and rent collection per lease terms.
• Monitor leasing metrics and occupancy; drive NOI through rent growth and cost control.
• Prepare financial reports and present updates to ownership/management.
