Job summary

JLL in Denver seeks a Transaction Analyst to support the full lifecycle of commercial lease transactions. You will abstract and analyze lease documents, onboard projects, draft leases, and maintain databases with meticulous accuracy.

You will work closely with Transaction Managers and client stakeholders, ensuring timely processing, data integrity, and compliant documentation in a fast-paced environment. This role offers in-office collaboration and growth through hands-on CRE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate leases and CRE terminology.
• Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with strong client service orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Abstract, analyze, and interpret commercial lease documents with accuracy.
• Onboard new projects by abstracting data into company systems and verifying ownership.
• Draft commercial lease documents under transaction manager oversight.
• Maintain data across all database systems with current owner contact details and transaction status.
• Review transaction packages for completeness and communicate deficiencies promptly.
• Monitor email channels for executed transactions and close databases on time.
• Submit invoices and supporting documentation to the finance team.
• Participate in special projects and data management initiatives.
• Build relationships with client teams, transaction managers, and leadership with responsive service.
