Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Frisco, TX to support the Store Manager with account management, sales, and customer service in a Lease-To-Own environment. You will help process credit turn-downs and web orders, convert those to Acima credit, and promote leasing benefits to customers.

You will work with partner stores, close sales by guiding applications from in-store and online channels, and help drive conversions while maintaining a friendly, high‑performing team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced store.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Consistent in-person attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, and the application process.
• Close the sales cycle by converting applications from in-store and online channels.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report store performance to the Manager.
