Acima is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and managing accounts at a partner-store location. You will educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, assist with credit applications, and help convert inquiries into Acima credit customers.

Ideal candidates will be results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of coordinating with multiple store partners. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in account management and sales activities.
• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Close sales by converting in-store and web applications.
• Coordinate with partner stores to ensure smooth operations.
