Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on attracting and screening potential tenants, promoting properties, conducting tours, and negotiating leases to keep occupancy high.

You will work closely with the Property Manager to meet leasing goals, ensure smooth move-ins, and maintain excellent resident relations while complying with fair housing and company policies. Weekend availability is required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments to qualified prospects and explaining lease terms
• Conduct property tours and promote available units
• Screen applicants and verify eligibility
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork
• Assist residents with move-in and respond to inquiries
• Maintain occupancy goals and competitive market awareness
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and team to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold fair housing policies and company standards
