Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, market available properties, conduct tours, screen applicants, and negotiate lease terms to ensure a smooth leasing process.

As a leasing consultant you will work with the property manager to maintain high occupancy, respond to inquiries, prepare leases, assist with move-ins, and uphold fair housing regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to qualified prospects and negotiate lease terms.
• Screen applicants and coordinate property tours for prospective tenants.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with leasing information.
• Maintain high occupancy and positive resident relations.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Support property manager and team to meet leasing goals.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
