Job summary

Insight Investments, Corp is seeking a Lease Specialist in Irvine, CA to handle front-end lease deals and administrative duties. You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of leases.

The role requires 1–2 years of equipment leasing experience, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and familiarity with Lease Wave and SharePoint. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–2 years equipment leasing experience.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Lease Wave, SharePoint and SSRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers, vendors, and corporate staff to structure front-end deals.
• Engage with sales to ensure proper account management.
• Create and maintain lease files.
• Prepare and process lease documentation, understanding Insight's contract terms and conditions.
• Order placement with outside vendors and invoice reconciliation.
• Have basic knowledge of fitness equipment.
• Follow-up on outstanding documentation and negotiate closure.
• Research and resolve customer and interdepartmental issues with assistance.
• Provide customer service to Insight's customers and vendors.
• Understand Insight Investments' system applications.
• Enter equipment into front-end leasing system.
• Know Insight's equipment coding matrix.
• Process documents for bank line advance and vendor payments.
• Update internal logs regularly to track funds needed.
• Miscellaneous duties: filing, calls, emails, UCCs, troubleshooting.
