Job summary

Altius Search Group is seeking a Lease Administrator to support IT and Industrial/Material Handling equipment finance. You will coordinate from credit approval to funding, booking, and post-closing administration, working with Sales, Credit, Legal, Accounting, customers, and vendors.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and experience with leases, UCC filings, and funding procedures. 100% on-site in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment finance or related field.
• Familiarity with UCC filings, insurance requirements, and titles.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment lease, loan, and related documents per approved terms.
• Coordinate closing requirements with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review documents for accuracy and funding conditions.
• Collect invoices, schedules, insurance evidence, and other docs.
• Maintain lease-management records and support post-closing activities.
