Job summary

Acima, a Lease-To-Own company, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Texas to support the Store Manager with account management and sales while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves processing credit turn-downs, reviewing lease apps, promoting Acima benefits, and driving conversions at a partner store location.

The position is paid hourly with potential bonuses based on performance; must be able to work evenings and weekends as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Account Management: Driving customer growth through channels; identifying and fulfilling customer needs; educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms; closing sales by converting applications; coordinating with partner stores; reporting to Store Manager.
• Customer Service: Establish partnerships with retail personnel to generate referrals; promptly address issues to maintain satisfaction; foster a positive work environment.
