Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in administrative support role.
• High level of customer service disposition.
• Detail orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Daily rental yard inventory and security checks for assigned yards.
• Reconcile inventory with business system records.
• Answer inbound and make outbound rental and service calls and emails.
• Set up new customers; review applications.
• Take reservations for rental trucks and balance inventory for reservations.
• Check in/out rental trucks and perform damage inspections.
• Ensure current inspections, licensing, and permitting documents are on file.
• Oversee Certificates of Insurance for rentals.
• Assist dispatch of delivery drivers for rentals.
• Coordinate with service and vendors for tows/road service.
• Assist with A/R collections.
