Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Analyst to manage lease renewal lifecycle, broker coordination, and portfolio data analytics. You will oversee expirations, options, and deadlines, and support renewal decisions with data-driven insights.

The role involves assembling datasets on space utilization, occupancy, and headcount-to-footprint, plus reviewing monthly payment files and LOI terms for renewals and new leases, in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in commercial real estate, lease administration, corporate real estate, or a related analytical/ coordination role.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort assembling, cleaning, and cross-referencing datasets.
• Ability to read and interpret basic real estate financial metrics such as occupancy cost per employee and rent per square foot.
• High attention to detail and deadline discipline; safety net for critical dates.
• Clear written communication; able to distill data into concise recommendations for leadership.
• Comfortable coordinating an external vendor alongside multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a forward-looking view of all lease expirations, options, and notice deadlines; review monthly critical-date reports and ensure no deadline is missed.
• Track renewal timelines and manage true ups where a renewal lags an expiration.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with the Broker Partner account team.
• Source the inputs needed to execute documents, GL codes / cost centers / allocation splits, and vendor/banking setup.
• Review and synthesize broker deliverables — abstractions, market reviews, commute and consolidation studies, and the monthly reporting package.
• Set and support a recurring touchpoint with the Broker Partner account team to keep work moving forward.
• Perform a single-layer review and approval of the monthly payment file before it is released to AP/Workday.
• Track broker service levels and flag issues against the governance playbook.
• Assemble and maintain datasets that drive decisions: space utilization statistics, occupant data, and headcount-to-footprint by location.
• Provide data and analysis to support renewal decisions and present recommendations to the Head of Corporate Development.
• Support consolidation assessments and coordinate CBRE market-rate reviews.
