Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of experience in lease administration or related real estate operations
• Experience with lease management systems and Excel

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease summaries, reports, portfolio reviews and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Maintain and update key tracking documents and templates for leases and real estate.
• Assist in preparing materials for lease renewals and amendments with analytics and visuals.
• Track and monitor critical lease dates and renewal deadlines.
• Coordinate with Legal and Lease Accounting to enter and validate lease data.
• Serve as central liaison for landlord communications and lease notices.
