Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in operations management or growth/marketing operations in telematics or automotive sectors.
• Strong leadership and team-building experience.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP, CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Streamline operations across telematics and GPS product delivery.
• Oversee daily operations: logistics, inventory, customer service.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering and finance.
• Design solutions for dealerships, fleets, and finance firms.
• Define KPIs and lead performance reviews.
• Monitor vendor relationships and procurement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in telematics and auto financing.
