Job summary

First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Lease Coordinator / Marketing Assistant to support the Regional Director and oversee high-volume leasing and marketing tasks.

You will generate leases, analyze market data, and coordinate with Corporate Marketing to advance occupancy and cash flow. You will manage document workflows, maintain databases, assist with campaigns, prepare proposals, and support broker events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general leasing/marketing concepts and practices acquired through related work experience.
• Good interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
• Good written, editing, and communication skills including ability to prepare accurate documentation; strong grammar, punctuation and spelling.

Responsibilities

• Generates form leases and amendments and other legal documentation for leasing activity.
• Collects market information and assists in marketing analyses for leadership.
• Generates Lease Analysis Forms and compiles documents needed for lease approval.
• Processes executed leases and forwards for approval.
• Maintains internal marketing database and coordinates with brokers and management.
• Assists with marketing campaigns and coordinates with Corporate Marketing on projects.
• Organizes broker events and maintains broker listing databases.
• Provides general administrative support including travel, expense reports, meetings, and correspondence.
• Ensures compliance with Operations Manual, The FR Way.
