Job summary

First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Leasing Manager to drive tenant leads, show space, and lead lease negotiations in Dallas, TX. You will develop marketing plans, maintain broker relationships, and prepare compelling proposals for prospective tenants.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business/real estate, and strong communication skills. You’ll work from an office in Dallas with regular travel to properties and active market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years of related experience to develop marketing and sales skills, establish a professional network, understand market conditions, and leasing knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to develop relationships with tenants, brokers, and professionals.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and proofreading.
• Proficiency with standard business technology and software for communication, documentation, presentations, information maintenance, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate tenant leads through brokers, prospecting, visits, networking, and marketing activities.
• Show vacant space to prospective tenants and answer questions on costs, improvements, and availability.
• Maintain relationships with listing brokers to market and lease space.
• Prepare proposals within budget and present to tenants; revise as needed.
• Prepare and maintain leasing activity reports and showings schedules.
• Submit property information to listing platforms and marketing channels.
