Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist to review and book lease and loan documentation in alignment with policy and lien perfection standards. The role focuses on reducing regulatory and credit risks through thorough due diligence, UCC searches, and accurate filing, including motor vehicle titles when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with loan documentation and due diligence.
• Knowledge of loan structures, lien perfection, UCC searches and vehicle titling.
• Proficient in typing, MS Office, reading/writing/grammar, and analytical or mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary client service by following the Perfect Client Experience (PCE).
• Meet SLAs for client service for internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Review documentation for accuracy, legibility and acceptability per policies and approval memos.
• Ensure deficiencies and exceptions are properly resolved and signed off by management.
• Verify UCC filings, due diligence items, and funding/wire instructions.
• Enter and verify client/billing and contract information; ensure correct coding.
• Lead process improvements and initiatives to close control gaps and increase efficiency.
