Mustang Fuel Corporation is seeking a Lease Records Analyst to manage and analyze lease, contract, title, and acreage records within the Land group. The role maintains land records, administers lease obligations, and supports acquisitions and divestitures across departments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 5 years in oil and gas, preferably Land or Lease Administration, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in Landworks or Dynamic

Competenze

• Needs strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Landworks and Dynamic Docs preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain lease, contract, title, and land-related data in Landworks.
• Record, set up, and maintain oil and gas leases, deeds, JOAs, and rights-of-way.
• Review documents to ensure accurate ownership and acreage records; monitor expirations.
