You will collaborate with Dealership, Sales, and internal teams to resolve non-compliant issues while maintaining strict confidentiality of consumer information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years as a loan/lease processor in auto funding.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Proficient with lease software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity with policies.
• Ensure contracts submitted for funding are complete and reflect proper approvals.
• Inspect lease package documentation for any suspicious or fraudulent information.
• Verify calculations on the contracts before funding and prepare completed files for funding.
• Perform financial calculations such as payoffs, rebates, residuals, payments, and money factors.
• Inform the manager of discrepancies and note the file.
• Maintain confidentiality of consumer information including SSN and DOB.
• Follow up with Dealership, Sales team, and internal partners to resolve non-compliant funding issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
