Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services US is seeking a Lease Sprint Manager to lead a cross-functional team responsible for delivering enhancements to the Lease originations system. Hybrid work with travel as needed to multiple hubs.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive product strategy, manage vendor relationships, and oversee backlog and sprints to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant auto finance or lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to create, prioritize, and explain epics and features; conduct competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sprint Team; conduct performance reviews and goal setting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define vendor requirements, test plans, and implementation steps for the Lease originations system.
• Manage multiple initiatives across different development stages and maintain the product backlog.
