Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Specialist I – Lease End Consultant to assist customers nearing the end of their lease. You will clearly explain end-of-lease options, address obligations, and guide them through next steps with strong phone skills and professional communication.

Work is a hybrid schedule: three days in office and two days remote. You will validate data, document accounts, and coordinate with internal and external partners while complying with Chase Auto policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service support by identifying needs, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues through clear verbal, written, and active listening.
• Manage customer expectations and build relationships to improve satisfaction
