Job summary

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) seeks a detail-oriented Lease Contracts Specialist to support its commercial leasing operations, including the preparation, review, administration, and lifecycle management of lease contracts and related commercial agreements.

You will review contract packages, create amendments, maintain databases, track revenue, and assist with billing and audits in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure timely execution and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in legal, contracts, or related field.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and education.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and manage lease contract packages.
• Create amendments, addendums, assignments, and other contract documents.
• Interpret contract terms and support Sales with contract preparation.
• Maintain lease database and ensure contract compliance.
• Track and report revenue and commission data.
• Perform data entry to ensure billing accuracy across accounts.
• Conduct quarterly lease audits.
• Support contract maintenance, fleet updates, and billing setup.
• Communicate contract status updates to internal teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for contract-related questions.
• Prepare exception billing invoices as needed.
