Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certification strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in commercial lease administration, real estate paralegal work, or corporate contract analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of lease terminology and financial mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and analyze commercial lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and submetering contracts for accuracy.
• Abstract key lease terms (commencement dates, rent, CAM, operating expenses, termination).
• Audit landlord billing, CAM reconciliations, and property tax assessments for contract alignment.
• Track lease dates and liaise with landlords, property management, and leadership.
