AMH is seeking a Leasing Agent in Tampa to drive occupancy through consultative selling, relationship building, and lease conversions. You will respond to inquiries, present housing options, negotiate terms, and guide applicants through the leasing journey while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma or GED, and a State Real Estate License. Weekend availability is required, and a base pay of $25.00 hourly with monthly bonuses and
