Job summary

Northgreen at Carrollwood Apartments in Tampa, FL is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant. The role involves greeting prospects, presenting the community, and securing leases, with an hourly wage plus bonus.

The ideal candidate will have leasing or sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fair Housing compliance and Yardi/Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sales or leasing experience required.
• Fair Housing certification may be required.
• NALP/NALP-like certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective tenants.
• Provide highest level of customer service to prospective tenants and residents.
• Guide clients on tours, the application process, and close sales.
• Close sales to maximize occupancy and offer additional products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current client history.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Address resident concerns with a positive customer service attitude.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on maintenance and on-going operations.
• Support on-site staff training to achieve property goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
