Job summary

ChampionX in Odessa, TX is seeking a Lease Asset Analyst to audit asset records, verify deployments, and ensure ERP data accuracy. You will track installed and returned assets and collaborate with Operations, Field Service, and Sales to maintain asset lifecycle integrity.

2 years of finance experience.
Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement approach.
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros).

Responsibilities

Audit installation and pull reports to ensure asset database accuracy.
Audit physical and systematic flow of returned assets.
Identify disposal opportunities for slow moving or obsolete inventory.
Maintain asset locations and deployment status; reconcile with assets register.
Develop relationships to improve process efficiency across the organization.
Partner with Operations, Field Service, and Sales to ensure assets are accounted for throughout the lifecycle.
Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of deployed assets.
