Position Purpose: The Lease Analyst works with Controllership to achieve complete, accurate, and timely accounting information as it relates to leases. This role works closely with field offices to address lease related questions and issues.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Responsible for various administrative functions related to leases, including, but not limited to:
• reading new and renewal leases
• interpreting and analyzing lease issues
• entering lease data into the system
• verification of voids
• generating, publishing, and distributing lease compliance database reports
• Conduct audits as directed to ensure compliance with the Company's processes and SOX controls
• Assist field offices with questions regarding leases
• Assist the Sr. Lease Accounting Analyst and Lease Supervisor with special projects, as needed

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements

• Experience in the use of MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and GSuite (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• Ability to accurately enter and compile data, as well as identify discrepancies and issues
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 or more years of office experience preferred
