Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Lease & Title Analyst to review complex oil & gas leases, contracts, title opinions, and assignments. The role involves determining company ownership, obligations, and updating lease records across operated and non-operated assets.

You will analyze terms, input data, and verify relationships using GIS and state resources. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of landowner types are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex leases, contracts, title opinions and assignments.
• Input and maintain lease, contract and other data in Quorum Land for both operated and non-operated assets.
• Research ownership and acreage using title documents and state resources to update lease records.
• Ensure accurate lease, well, and contract relationships through data analysis and documentation.
• Support multiple Land regions’ review of calendars, obligations, and expirations.
