Qualifikationen

• Review and evaluate residential lease applications and supporting documents.
• Verify income, employment, credit history, rental history, and background checks.
• Identify inconsistencies and potential fraud indicators.
• Escalate non-standard applications for review.
• Maintain records of reviews and decisions.
