This role is responsible for reviewing and evaluating apartment applications, verifying applicant qualifications, and helping ensure consistent leasing decisions across AMLI's portfolio. Working closely with onsite leasing teams and the Credit & Collections Manager, you will assess income, credit, rental history, background screening results, and supporting documentation to determine eligibility under AMLI's screening criteria. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a customer-focused approach.
