Job Description Summary

The Lease Administration Manager is responsible for managing a team of lease administration analysts who handle all aspects of Lease Administration (lease abstraction, quality review, portfolio management),and work as part of the team to ensure efficient and accurate accounting of client data records, rent processing, and reporting requirements.

About the Role

  • Manage a team of lease administration analysts, ensuring accurate maintenance of client lease databases.
  • Oversee updates to lease records, data abstraction from lease documents, and ensure alignment with client standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy through quality reviews, manage document exceptions, and maintain up-to-date, well-classified records.
  • Deliver timely and accurate standard/ad hoc reports and process rent and additional rent payments.
  • Review business terms in legal documents (e.g., Estoppel Certificates, SNDA Agreements) and coordinate legal reviews for timely execution.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, with proven experience in lease administration or property management.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of lease management systems, data abstraction processes, and proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality assurance, and compliance with client standards.
  • Effective communicator with experience in coordinating with legal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely execution of lease-related tasks.
