You:
You are a skilled & experienced staff manager in the outdoor adventure travel industry.
You have a proven, solid reputation for completely managing the office, financial & business operations of a high-end adventure travel organization.
You’re extremely detail oriented, organized, and great at juggling deadlines, schedules, people & resources. You are tech savvy with the latest software & have experience juggling a variety of SAAS software platforms.
You are a proven manager – a true leader of people & well practiced at delegating, holding people accountable & you can easily juggle the day-to-day logistics of a complex, tech heavy, remote operation. You are a master of putting out fires & keeping the trains running on time.
In a nutshell: you get things done!

The Job:
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily Business & Financial Administration operations of Backcountry Journeys. The Business Administration Manager is in charge of managing an overall staff team of approximately 1-2 direct reports currently.
The core function of this position is overseeing many of the critical Financial & Administrative duties at Backcountry Journeys.You will work directly with and report to the Director of Operations.
Having prior experience working for a company running on EOS is HUGE for this role.
A large part of this role is staff accountability as well as internal process creation, financial operations, large payments, payroll, expense management & business compliance with state & federal agencies.
