Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Lease Administration Specialist to support license and lease administration within Salesforce.com, processing updates for expansions, renewals, relocations, moves, and assignments with accuracy and timeliness.

As part of the Accounting team, you will work with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, Facilities and Senior Management, ensuring contract data quality and cross-functional collaboration while promoting CoreSite's Guiding Principles.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience in customer service, billing, or lease administration preferred.
• Experience within the telecommunications and/or real estate industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Senior Management to facilitate countersignatures and ensure contract accuracy.
• Enter license and lease information into Salesforce contract repository accurately.
• Review COIs and resolve outstanding issues.
• Collaborate on process improvements and system enhancements.
