Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Staff, Lease Accounting to uphold US GAAP lease accounting across its multi-brand real estate portfolio. The role partners with FP&A, Real Estate, Lease Administration, IT and Treasury to ensure accurate financial close and reporting.

The position is based in Atlanta Global Support Center with onsite work four days per week. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, with 1–2 years of accounting experience and familiarity with Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA track preferred.
• Oracle ERP and related financial systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting documentation for US GAAP lease accounting.
• Perform month-end close, subledger work in CoStar, GL entries, and reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Real Estate and Audits; support special projects.
