Job summary

Inspire is hiring an Staff, Lease Accounting in Atlanta to support end-to-end lease accounting across our multi-brand real estate portfolio. You will ensure ASC 842 compliance and partner with FP&A, Real Estate, Lease Administration, Financial Systems, IT and Treasury to uphold controls and accurate reporting.

The role sits at our Atlanta Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CPA track preferred or in progress.
• 1–2 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end lease accounting per US GAAP ASC 842.
• Analyze legal documents and determine lease classification.
• Complete month-end close with subledger, GL entries, and reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Real Estate, Lease Administration, Financial Systems, IT and Treasury.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure proper lease accounting.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and technical research as needed.
