Responsibilities

• Direct and manage global lease accounting activities in the general ledger.
• Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, and tracking.
• Collaborate with finance and facilities teams to ensure timely close and accuracy.
• Manage CoStar application and ASC 842 compliance.
