Crusoe in San Francisco seeks an Accounting Manager, Leases, to own ASC 842 lease accounting for a unique, vertically integrated data center portfolio. You will set policy, lead month-end close, and serve as the primary lease contact for external auditors.

This player-coach role requires mentoring a Senior Accountant, partnering with Legal, Real Estate, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury, and driving process improvements and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of accounting experience with at least 4 years in ASC 842
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA
• Experience leading or mentoring accountants and a lease accounting system

Responsabilités

• Own ASC 842 conclusions for complex leases and terminations
• Month-end close ownership including journal entries and reconciliations
• Lead or mentor Senior Accountant and support audit readiness
