CoreWeave is seeking a Manager of the Leasing Team to lead the end-to-end accounting for the company’s lease portfolio under ASC 842. You will oversee embedded leases in complex contracts, drive month-end close, and partner with Legal, FP&A, Operations, and Treasury on new lease transactions and amendments.

You will mentor senior accountants, manage the relationship with external auditors, and help prepare lease-related disclosures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with lease accounting focus.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 842 and applying it to complex contracts.
• Experience mentoring accounting professionals.
• CPA required or pursuing licensure.
• Ability to identify embedded leases in complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior accountants focused on lease accounting.
• Review embedded leases within network service agreements and other contracts.
• Manage end-to-end lease accounting under ASC 842 (recognition, remeasurement, modifications).
• Oversee month-, quarter-, year-end close for lease portfolio.
• Prepare balance sheet and P&L analytics with clear variance explanations.
• Collaborate with Legal, FP&A, Operations, and Treasury on leases and amendments.
• Drive scalable controls and process improvements for a growing portfolio.
• Interface with external auditors on lease matters and memos.
• Assist with lease disclosures in financial statements under US GAAP.
