Zusammenfassung

EVgo is seeking a Manager, Lease Accounting to lead the end-to-end lease accounting function, ensuring ASC 842 compliance and SOX 404 controls. This role interacts with Lease Administration, FP&A, and SEC Reporting teams to optimize close processes and policy development.

The position requires 8+ years of accounting experience with lease accounting, CPA preferred, and strong CoStar/ERP proficiency. Located in LA area with hybrid work possible.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in lease accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 842, US GAAP, and SOX 404 controls.
• Experience supervising accounting staff and coordinating audits.
• Familiarity with CoStar and ERP/system integration projects.

Aufgaben

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for EVgo's lease portfolio.
• Record leases, amendments, and terminations in CoStar per ASC 842.
• Review amortization schedules, ROUs, and GL reconciliations.
• Coordinate with FP&A and SEC reporting; assist audit requests.
• Develop and maintain lease accounting policies and SOX controls.
• Support system implementations and process improvements.
