Job description

Vaco Phoenix is working with a stable and growing company that is looking to add a contract Lease Accounting Administrator to their team. This is a 12-week project responsible for managing all leases and subleases for the company. The ideal candidate must have lease review experience and experience with CAM reconciliations. This is a hybrid position paying up to $27 per hour, depending on experience. Interviews are being held immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Process monthly rent transactions using Lucernex and Microsoft Dynamics.
  2. Reconcile all rent payments monthly against the General Ledger system.
  3. Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure timely processing of checks and ACH payments.
  4. Update base rent, additional rent, and payee information on a monthly basis.
  5. Prepare ad hoc reimbursement requests as needed.
  6. Calculate CPI increases, apply CAM caps, and complete related reconciliations.
  7. Monitor and ensure timely payment of real property taxes.
  8. Track and reconcile security deposits accurately.
