We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a reputable Medical Device Company

**THIS IS A REMOTE - 14-WEEK PROJECT**

Requirements:
  • AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience; preferred
  • 2+ years inside sales, direct sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience; preferred
  • Prior experience in service contract selling; strong customer service skills; confident, professional, and a self-starter
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to cultivate positive client relationships
  • Proven and documented sales success record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle; capable of proposing and discussing solutions with decision makers
Responsibilities:
  • Introduce the client’s service contract options to existing customers
  • Generate new business through email and outbound calls
  • Target biomed and materials management departments for initial contact
  • Identify decision makers and influencers; review service options to facilitate sales
  • Assess current equipment and warranty terms to recommend suitable service contracts
  • Send formal service menu documents to customers
  • Follow up via calls and emails for feedback on service options
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to extend, adopt, or upgrade services over multiple years
  • Develop solutions that align with client goals based on discussions

The potential base pay range for this role is $34-$36 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, location, schedule, and other factors. Incentive plans, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.
