Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Lease Accountant in Bellevue, WA to perform month-end close for the lease portfolio, support lease accounting operations, and assist in MD&A disclosures. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and at least two years of accounting experience; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum of two years of accounting or finance experience.
Strong technical accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Perform month-end close and balance sheet account reconciliations for the lease portfolio.
Support lease accounting operations, review new contracts and payoff quotes in ERP.
Prepare and file sales tax returns.
Process property tax payments and rebills, and prepare renditions.
Support SOX compliance and process improvements.
Assist in MD&A and footnote disclosures for Form 10-Q/10-K filings.
Support internal, external and tax audit requests.
Complete special projects and ad hoc analyses.
