Job summary

PACCAR in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Senior General Accountant to join the Corporate Division Accounts Receivable team. You will manage the corporate fixed asset ledger, depreciation, MTNs, and intercompany balances, contributing to accurate monthly closings and statutory statements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3+ years of experience, and strong Excel and data-analytic skills (Tableau). CPA/MBA is preferred; SAP experience is desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Corporate Fixed Asset ledger and depreciation.
• Record and reconcile MTNs, Commercial Paper, and marketable securities.
• Handle month-end close and journal entries for balance sheets.
• Prepare annual statements for PACCAR AG and for PACCAR Mexico Logistics.
• Support SOX documentation and internal control assessments.
