Job summary

GRVTY in Chantilly, VA, seeks a Web Developer to own the development of training courses and learning solutions across multiple modalities, including WBTs, portals, and media, while ensuring accessibility and compliance with Sponsor requirements.

You will collaborate with Sponsor SMEs and instructional design teams to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate courses, and coach instructors in delivery techniques.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with Joomla – conversion from Joomla 3 to Joomla 5; ability to create, manage, and maintain Web-Based Training (WBT) solutions.
• Demonstrated experience using PowerShell for data ingestions and running scripts in SharePoint.
• Demonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administration; Joomla 3 to 5 conversion.
• Experience creating and maintaining WBTs.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools and integrating AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of training courses and learning solutions across multiple delivery modalities.
• Consult with Sponsor SMEs to design, develop, and evaluate courses and training materials.
• Create training media including WBTs, online courses, portals, websites, graphics, and video projects.
• Ensure accessibility, privacy, copyright compliance, and governance across products.
