East Central University in Ada, OK seeks an Educational Technology Specialist to support faculty in integrating technology into courses and learning experiences. You will collaborate with CETL staff to deliver professional development and training sessions.

Responsibilities include managing LMS tools, developing e-learning content, conducting workshops, and creating digital resource guides for students and staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in teaching and learning environments and instructional technologies is preferred.
• Proficient in learning management systems and educational technology tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, maintain, and support the organization’s integrated tools used in teaching and learning.
• Assist and support students, staff, and faculty with technical issues and navigation related to integrated tools within the LMS.
• Develop, manage, and maintain course content and e-learning resources.
• Manage, maintain, and support the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Upload, organize, technical check, and update materials, e-learning modules, and resources within the LMS.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on instructional technology best practices.
• Collaborate with instructional design team to create training materials for faculty, staff, and students.
• Create, organize, and maintain the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning’s (CETL) digital resource guides for students, faculty, and staff.
• Assist and support the instructional design team on the continued deployment of the Quality Matters Program.
