The role partners with faculty and campus stakeholders to advance excellence in teaching through evidence-based pedagogy and innovative educational technologies across in-person, blended, and online courses.

Competenze

• Terminal degree.
• Experience in higher education and faculty development.
• Expertise in learning theory and instructional design.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (Title II, WCAG).
• Experience with learning management systems and educational technology.

Mansioni

• Partner with faculty to design courses, assessments, and learning activities using education technologies in various delivery modes.
• Advise instructors on technology solutions to support student success, e.g., Canvas-based course design.
• Support digital accessibility and inclusive course design.
• Develop and facilitate workshops, institutes, and faculty development programs.
• Create pedagogical and technical resources, including guides and online modules.
• Contribute to teaching graduate CETL courses and program assessment/continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with campus partners and potential grant proposals to advance teaching innovation.
