This part-time, one-year, term-limited position offers hybrid work with up to 80% remote, and opportunities to design training, analyze usage data, and contribute to innovative teaching initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting technology issues and partnering with users, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with good judgment and customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership, technical support, and user engagement for the Open Academy Platform.
• Collaborate with platform developers for enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Consult with faculty to incorporate Open Academy into courses and programs.
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to improve services.
• Develop and maintain training materials, webinars, and web content.
• Maintain expertise in teaching and learning technologies including VMs, Jupyter, and Git.
