Qualifications

• Master's degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
• At least five years of educational development experience in higher ed.
• At least three years of classroom teaching in higher ed.
• Expert in evidence-based teaching across modalities.
• Expert in learner-centered uses of educational technology.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training for varied learners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, facilitate, and improve faculty development programs.
• Partner with faculty on course design and instructional strategies.
• Provide consultations grounded in evidence-based teaching.
• Develop and curate teaching resources, guides, and materials.
• Apply research and learning science to strengthen programs.
• Support faculty engagement with artificial intelligence in teaching and learning.
• Contribute to AI-related programming and digital resources.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data.
• Collaborate with academic leaders to advance teaching excellence.
