Avenue5 Residential is seeking a career development manager to design and deliver engaging learning content, shaping how associates learn, grow, and succeed. You will lead and participate in developing operations training across a growing portfolio.

You will collaborate with teams to identify training needs, create measurable experiences, and drive e-learning capabilities while traveling up to 50% to support multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field or relevant work experience.
• Experience delivering training in property management or related industry.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning content for associates.
• Develop and manage training curriculum for operations, sales, and customer service.
• Facilitate training sessions and assess learning impact.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate travel and materials for training programs.
• Coach managers and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance training.
• Publish and maintain a training calendar across properties.
• Support integration teams with new contracts and acquisitions.
• Produce training visuals, job aids, and PowerPoint materials.
