Qualifications

• : Education: Baccalaureate degree required, preferably in Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Education, or related field required.
• : Two years of systems and administrative support experience required, demonstrating proficiency with databases.
• : Proficient in creating spreadsheets, database report-writing and system administration, desktop publishing, HTML experience strongly preferred.
• : Two years of demonstrated proficiency in delivering relevant instructor-led training and orientation, including the use of a learning management system required.
• : Work experience in HR, OD, project management, adult education strongly preferred.
• : Experience with research and analysis required.
